WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL THE BILLS DURING THE LEASE BACK PERIOD ?
All the utility bills are paid for by Downtown Apartments S.C. who are also responsible for upkeep and general maintenance of the property during the term.
WILL I BE ABLE TO STAY IN MY OWN PROPERTY ?
Yes, Leaseback scheme allows the owners to use their property. The conditions can be negotiated into the contract with Downtown Apartments S.C..
REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY RENTAL
- The property should be in the Old Town, maximum 5 min walk from the Main Market Square.
- The property should be in a very good condition, high standard and fully furnished.
- The living space should be more than 30 m2
