At what time can we check in and check out?
Check in starts from 14:00 (2 pm), check out before 12:00 am. Earlier arrival/ later departure is subject to availability. Please contact us shortly prior to your visit to arrange the possibility of an early check in.

Is the price per apartment or per person?
The price quoted is per apartment, although there is a maximum number od people who can stay in each apartment.

Are the apartments near the centre?
All apartments are located right in the heart of the Old Town. You can not get any closer!

Is breakfast included in the price?
No, but all apartments have kitchens and also there are plenty of restaurans serving breakfast around the Old Town (Our staff will be happy to give you some recomendations for the best polish or international restaurants).

Do you require a prepayment?
Yes, a 15% booking deposit can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa), cash or bank transfer. We guarante a 100% secure encrypted connection for you to enter your credit card details during the reservation proces. These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. We also allow a bank transfer - a prepayment of 15% of the total price can be send to our bank account.

What is the booking procedure?
After reserving an apartment through our website you will receive a provisional reservation valid for 3 days for you to confirm your booking. You can simply confirm your booking by following the link from your provisional reservation to enter your credit card details. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation from us.

Do I get a booking confirmation?
Yes, when you successfully make an accommodation reservation (with the 15% booking deposit paid by credit card or bank transfer) your booking confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We recommend that you print this confirmation as a record of your booking. If the confirmation is not received by you within 24 hours of the deposit being paid or credit card details being provided, please contact us by email or phone 0048 510 810 300.


How do I pay and when can I settle the bill?
We accept payment in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, PLN) and most of credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). You can settle the bill on arrival once you have seen your accomnodation.

How many floors are in the building and do you have a lift (an elevator) in the building ?
Most of the apartments are on the first, second, third and the fourth floor. In most of the buildings there are no lifts, as they are all located in the heart of the medieval old town.

Are towels and linens provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, towels and lienes are provided so there is no need to bring your own.

Is there a TV in the apartment? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All apartments have a television with terrestial channels and in some apartments there is also a sattelite (Please spcify your preference).

Is parking or garage available?
There are several guarded carparks very close to the apartments.

Do you have a pickup service from and to the airport?
Yes, we arrange a pick up service. Please check transport for further information.

Are pets welcome?
Always! But you take responsibility for any demages.

Are there additional cleaning costs for the apartment?
No, the final cleaning is included in the price. The apartments are not serviced during your stay. Where stays more than 7 days, the apartment will be serviced weekly.

What happens if I accidentally damage the apartment?
Charges for any major damage will be made to your credit card if you have booked using one. If no credit card deposit, a security deposit can be charged on arrival and is fully refunded upon departure, unless there are outstanding charges in case of damage or loss caused to the apartment during your stay.

Can I get a discount for my booking?
If you wish to make a long term booking or multi-bookings please contact us to negotiate the discount.
